Episode 2: Attack of the Morpheus Clones
The recent hoopla around Morpheus finally settled last weekend. By now most of you have updated your versions of Morpheus or KaZaA and decided which side you're on among the file-swapping factions. Of course, we're milking the trend for all it's worth this week by featuring two software titles that ride the coattails of the file-swapping craze: Cinematograph, a one-stop media player that handles numerous formats; and Audiogalaxy Satellite, another competitor for the file-swapping throne.

Problem children that they are, file-sharing programs won't stay out of the news for long. The record companies won a small victory in their lawsuit against KaZaA, Morpheus, and Grokster as the judge ruled the case would go before a jury. Look for this new chapter of file-swapping brouhaha to hit a courtroom near you in October.
